Shipping + Returns

LEAD TIMES + SHIPPING

  • Stencils ship within 48 hours.
  • Fabric (including swatches) is printed to order, which typically takes 7-10 business days + transit time.
  • Art Prints take 8-11 business days to be printed + transit time.


Fabric
  • Fabrics ship off the roll, folded in a plastic mailer.
  • If you order a large amount of fabric, it will be folded and put into a box.
  • All shipping prices account for shipping off the roll.
  • If you would like us to ship on a roll, please contact us. Shipping on a roll tends to be more expensive and usually limited to courier services.

Stencils & Art Prints
  • Most stencils are shipped flat in a protective cardboard mailer. Sizes larger than 18x24 will ship rolled in a sturdy cardboard tube.
  • Prints are packaged flat up to 11x14 in a clear bag with a board and in sturdy a shipping mailer.
  • Larger prints are shipped rolled in tissue and kraft paper and in a sturdy shipping art tube.


Fabric
  • US shipments are sent via USPS Priority mail 
  • Canadian shipments are sent via Canadapost
  • All other international orders are shipped via USPS to your destination country's postal service or via DHL.
  • If you need a faster shipping service, get in touch with us before placing an order and we can arrange a courier service like Fedex, UPS, or DHL.

Stencils
  • US shipments are sent via USPS.
  • All international orders are shipped via USPS to your destination country's postal service or via your selected service.

Art Prints
  • US shipments are sent via USPS.
  • All international orders are shipped via USPS to your destination country's postal service or via UPS or DHL.

  • International shipments require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery which is not covered in our shipping rates.
  • See Three Studios cannot be held responsible for packages held in customs or for any customs duties or brokerage fees owed. If you decide to refuse a shipment, See Three Studios will not grant refunds of any kind.

  • Shipping cost is generally determined by dimensional weight.
  • Shipping rates are lowest available; we are unable to offer any lower rates than what is listed at checkout.
  • Shipping rates include insurance unless otherwise specified.
  • We have multiple vendors - packages that are part of the same order may be sent separately.

RETURNS

Fabric
Since each order is custom printed and cut, we do not accept returns or exchanges. For this reason we suggest ordering swatches before placing your final order.

What if my fabric has a flaw or what I received is incorrect?

  • Please inspect your fabric upon receipt. Products are inspected before shipping, but the final responsibility rests with the buyer. Do not cut your fabric until you confirm that the following are correct: pattern, color, quality, quantity, and free of flaws.
  • If you believe you have received a flawed or misprinted product, See Three Studios must be contacted within 10 days of delivery and BEFORE the product is trimmed, cut, installed, sewn, or used in anyway. No cut yardage will be accepted for return. Please include your order number and images if possible.
  • In the unlikely event that your product arrives flawed or misprinted, your product will either be reprinted or a refund will be granted in the form of a store credit only.

Stencils
We gladly accept returns of unused, unopened (if bagged), and undamaged stencils. There is no restocking fee if all conditions are met:
  • Contact us to let us know of your intentions to return your stencil(s) within 10 days of delivery. See Three Studios is not responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Send your stencils in the same or similar packaging to ensure your item(s) does not get damaged in transit. We will not issue a refund for a bent or damaged stencil.
  • Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund or store credit for the full price of the item(s). Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • If you received a damaged stencil, please contact us immediately for your choice of a replacement or full refund including the shipping fees.

Art Prints

STORE POLICIES

See Three Studios assumes no liability for the following:
  • delays in transit times.
  • damages or losses incurred during shipping.
  • any customs, tariffs, VAT, tax, or other local, state, country, or any other fees that apply to the use or receipt of our products.
  • damages or expenses incurred by third-party workrooms.
  • damage that may occur when products are stored before final use.
